As promised…the dirt is now in my garden :) You
may notice some…evidence of “help” in said dirt. I thought I’d leave the puppy
prints in the picture lol.
It turned out that I didn't have enough dirt…not by a long shot. The 12 plus bags we bought ended up only being enough for the one box, that is, the one stacked three high. So I packed puppy up and we headed back to the Home Depot to buy the same amount again. I also ended up buying the sixth garden box. So I have one that is three boxes high, one that is two high and one that is one high (that will be for my herbals!)

It seems that summer is already clipping along and I keep
buggering off out of town on my days off, so I hope that I actually get my
little seeds in the garden soon. LOL. I’m going to start my peppers right away
here (I learned I have to start them inside and transplant them…EEEK!) Like
most things on my blog…procrastination but mostly lack of time tends to interfere
with my grandeous plans. I guess I could stay home…but who wants to?
Side note: My cousin came over two weeks ago. Asked when I planned
to take my Easter décor down. I said, probably around the same time I finally clean
my house. I am happy to tell you….I wrote off my whole day yesterday and
cleaned the house! Bub-Bye dust bunnies! And even cleaned the mirror over the
fireplace!
Cheers!
Cheers!
