Post Tubby and Zombie Apocalypse

As we were sitting outside tonight having a tubby, hubby and I were talking about the work that has to be done in the backyard next year.

Neither myself, not him, had any idea what Cassius alone would end up doing to our backyard.

Mass destruction!

At a ten-minute-a-night "8 o'clock crazy" jont, he has single handedly ripped up 80% of the the grass.

Ten. Minutes...Maybe...A. Night.

Add another 8 1/2 month 100 lb pup and you can see where this is going.

After the tubby tonight I said to Weebo that we probably wouldn't get away with a wipe of the paws, as it was snowing a nice wet snow. We would definitely be pulling out the wash tub and scrubbing them.

All was good with dog número uno. He washed. We dried. All good.

Puppy número two?

...I washed her paws. And as I was going for paw number four, I grazed her belly.

It was. Covered. In mud.

Quick check?

No amount of quick towel drying was going to do the trick.

So I aborted the wash tub, did a quick  towel dry and it was off to the bathtub for an impromptu bath!

Post bubble coma while we watched our much beloved The Walking Dead :)

But she is sure smelling good!

Cheers!
