Side Note: I'm Not All So Stupid
I just wanted to mention...before you all be getting up in my grill and shouting to your PCs: "Go get a gym membership to lose the wine weight fatty!"
I know that yoga is not the best "gotta lose the inner tube around my muddle" and "my fat man pants are too small" calorie dropping workout. I know that you gotta get the heart rate up to drop the calories big...blah....blah ...blah.
My "Let's-Try-Out-Yoga" Goal is a baby step...a lifestyle change which will (hopefully?) lead to more. My goals are to tone, relax and mainly, start practising better habits!
Maybe the year after will be me signing up for the gym membership.
Thanks for letting me beat the haters to being Captain Obviouses...
