And if you never tried the recipe for "Janet and Greta's Jamaican Jerk Chicken" the first time I put the recipe up, go here now and get it...you won't be sorry! Or even better yet, go and get your very own copy (I found mine at Costco).
I have only made the one recipe out of it so far, but a girlfriend of mine has tried (and fed me) a good number of recipes out of it and I have yet to have any complaints!
So today you are being honored with a picture of our dinner for my post. LOL...sorry, its all I got. I failed to take a picture of my highlight to my day.
Or rather, I took it but I'm not too sure how on the "DL" it is...and its a good picture too!
...Back to my whole "new year, new opportunities" post.?..it is obviously work related. An almost silent promotion, and a huge opportunity to step up in the department...showing that my performance is speaking for itself and is being recognized. Its a great chance to move my career forward and I really hope it all pans out as it has been proposed to me.
As soon as I can, I will blog all about it lol.
And so until then, I bring you dinner! Healthy too...minus the wee glob of margarine ;)
