Apple-Bottom Jeans

...I won't lie.  I don't really get the "apple bottom jeans" part.  Is it a reference to bell-bottoms? Apple-ish shaped no?

If you have the answer, can you please enlighten me...?!

It was lovely out today and not so super snowy as to need the furry boots...but they just look so damn fine!
