Put A Fork In It

Pup and I went a'road-trippin this weekend to go and see hubby at work.

It was a short visit with him, but worth every second! He is out on a long-haul hitch right now and visits to him always help to break up the time!

The fun thing about living in Alberta? All of the "World's Largest..." in the small towns. We (being pup and I?) managed to see four on this trip to Bonnyville...and I have to say, that after 30 years of hearing about the ugly perogy in Glendon, I actually saw it for the first time with my own eyes!

The other three, I see every time we go to the cabin, but they made it into my collage of the weekend!

Picture 1: The Worlds Largest Perogy in Glendon, Alberta

Picture 2: The Worlds Largest Mallard Duck in Andrew, Alberta

Picture 3: The Worlds Largest Mushrooms...??...in Vilna, Alberta

Picture 4: The Worlds Largest Sausage...insert joke here...in Mundare, Alberta.

Didn't say they were fantastic "must-sees" but while you're cruising by, why the hell not?

Cheers!
