Our hair is clean. The truck and trailer are unpacked and we spent a nice day at home today (our last summer vacation day) relaxing but puttering.
Best part? Clean feet!!
After two weeks camping, there is nothing like clean feet!
Our welcome home dinner was goodies from my garden...fresh carrots, taddies and homegrown herbs, all to accompany a delicious steak dinner.
On the way home yesterday we stopped (at my request) in Armstrong BC, where there is an amazing artisan cheese plant. One of the ladies at work told me about it and knowing my love of cheese, I knew we had to check it out! We walked out a few dollars poorer but with a bag full of some super yummy cheeses! Merlot Cheddar, Blueberry Cheddar and a wonderful smoked mozza, to name a few!
If you are ever in that neighbourhood, you must stop and check it out!

Weebo had the smoked mozza on his steak, whereas mine (obviously) had the Merlot cheddar.
