Margaritas, Burgers and Bubble Tea?

No. No Bubble tea. That was just a random blog idea thrown out by a colleague....I promptly told her I know nothing about bubble tea, except that there are weird chunks in a liquid...yum?

But the margaritas and burgers are for sure a go.

Meemaw is coming over on Sunday for a long overdue birthday celebration. I can’t wait, as it’s been too long since we have sat down for a good visit!

When I asked her what she wanted for dinner (firmly telling her that hamburger helper was NOT an option) she requested burgers and potato salad. DONE!

I also have a Costco sized bag of limes in the fridge and a lovely bottle of tequila in the cupboard, so I suggested a tasty refreshing beverage alongside that menu. DONE!

She then decided to go one step further into crazy ideas and mentioned that cold beers should also be on the premises…ICEBURGS here we come! Time to mix up a lil lime slushy!

I hope that mother nature cooperates and we get to have a wonderful patio day. (Kinda excited to breakout all my purdy new outdoor dishes I got too! Wootwoot!)
