A Night In

I had a small get together a few weeks back and it was appies and movie night: Les Miserables was what the night was all about.

With the help of a quick Google  I found the perfectest cocktail to serve and make it all "themey"

Les Miz Fizz Martinis:

1 1/2 oz vodka
1/4 oz Chambourd (raspberry liqueur)
1/4 oz pineapple juice
1/4 oz ginger ale

My take on this recipe involved a bit of tweaking. I followed the recipe and found the there was waaaaaay too much vodka. By the time I came up with the final result, I would say that it was closer to 1 oz of vodka, 1 oz Chambourd and 1 oz pineapple juice, with a splash of ginger ale for bubbles.
