The only picture I was able to snap yesterday of my "highlight" turned out too dark to post. It was quite the comedy of errors, but it also may have been a "had to be there" kinda moment.
Since I went to Mexico in February, Cassius has developed a fear of going up the stairs to the bedroom. No amount of treats (he's not food driven), coaxing, forcing (like trying to move a brick wall), has worked and it has come down to patience and waiting...a lot of waiting...for him to finally get the courage to get up them.
Oh.
And a hand on his shoulder for support...no lie...
Seriously? WTF puppy dog?? Get yer arse up here! Bed Time!
Last night I finally decided it was enough...time to tough love it.
I didn't time him, but I was well into an episode of Dawson's Creek before he finally got upstairs.
(Side Note: thank you Netflix, for this wonderful summer fluff/walk down memory lane!)
The best moment (other than seeing him finally come through the door on his own) was watching Nymira, as she perked up her head every time she heard his collar jingling...only to put it back down, sad he wasn't there...to finally burst up and give him kisses when he finally got got over his neurosis and came up.
Price. Less!

The countdown is on for Canada to finally get to see the premier of Outlander...only 12 more sleeps!!!
The party is planned, the scotch will be poured and the haggis will be ready!
